These Gaceta issues have both dull and glossy gum. The 1971 and 74 sheets have dull gum which is probably why they appear ungummed. Jickling's 'Guatemala 1871-2007' says that stamps from the '71 sheet were cut with pinking sheers in the PO and used for postage so they must have been gummed. 76 sheets also have dull gum.

Were the block of 1974 and 1976 published without gum? A dealer in UK has sold me the blocks with this reference. In the Michel catalog is no note to be found.
