fakes

Both are genuine.  I like the SON Guatemala postmark dated 4 / EN(ERO) / 76.

It doesn't look lemon to me, but it is seriously over-inked. If you have multiple copies it will be easy to tell the difference in colors. Good price by the way! I saw the bid when it was at $14.
Luckily, I got the pair for about US$20!
Even in this condition, I like to have the key holes filled! Thanks for your input, David!
Does the #6 look like it is perhaps a 6a (lemon vs. dull yellow)?
They both appear genuine. The only yellow fakes known have the French 'facsimile' under the center emblem and it's easy to see unless it's been scraped off and yellow painted in its place. If you are paying over $50 for either you might consider having Jack Jonza expertize them. His contact info is in El Quetzal.
Could these be fakes?
Scott #5 & 6 - they look a little too bright to me to be authentic... Does anyone have an opinion of the genuineness of these?
Based on the see-through on the back side, they look to be in poor condition, but the price is right.
Thanks!
